Our advantages in employing the most advanced technology available into the field of tank cleaning helps us to meet our objectives, which are:
  1. to maximize human safety in the physical act of cleaning
  2. to maximize tank cleaning efficiency & effectiveness
  3. to minimize the impact of to the environment.

We excell in two main areas of technology: Mechanical and Chemical

Mechanical Technology:

The mechanical devices utilized by ICS are designed to automatically spray cleaning fluid in a pre-programmed pattern into the tank. The first device lowered into the tanks is composed of a three nozzle programmable machine which concentrates on breaking up the “settled out” bed in the bottom of a tank. The second mechanical device consists of biaxial rotary machine that accomplishes 360 degree cleaning, removing residuals from the walls, ceiling and bottom of the tanks. The resulting "slurry" of cleaning fluid and mud residue is then pumped from the tank for recycling or disposal.

Chemical Technology:

Quality Surfactants are obviously important in their ability to break down mud residue in the tanks. ICS employs new age surfactants that are not only extremely effective in their cleaning performance but are:

  • Environmentally Friendly
  • Completely biodegradable
  • Non-toxic and harmless to the operator
  • Extremely low foam producers
  • Cost effective

These new age surfactants are more powerful and are able to break down the “sludge” with amazing effectiveness. This results in less waste product to be disposed of, reduced costs in disposal and less harm to the environment.

By utilizing the most advanced chemistry and technology, ICS is able to clean tanks with water based solvents that carry a neutral pH. Further, these surfactants when used in conjunction with a vortex clarifying system, allows for the recycling of the water used in combination with the solvents, thereby drastically reducing the water consumed, contaminated and disposed of in the tank cleaning process.
